"People may not appreciate you or your works now, however, a dark moment typically precedes the shine."

Kunle Ben is a fast rising gospel artiste based in Canada with a heart for true worship. Kunle’s exposure to music was as early as five years of age and his passion for music is still blazing. An early exposure to music kindled Kunle’s path to becoming heavily involved in the worship ministry. Music has since been a key expression of worship for Kunle Ben. Kunle Ben does not intend limiting himself by the style of music expression and appreciates multiple genres of music such as rock, reggae, jazz, soul, and more. Kunle Ben is also the composer of one of Omega Fire Ministries' theme songs rendered in English and French.

No Weapon, a song quite timely for the COVID-19 pandemic, is a reminder of the guaranteed victory when God fights our battles. No Weapon was inspired by the fact that though “We wrestle not against flesh and blood…” (Ephesians 6:12), yet “no weapon formed against us shall prosper…” (Isaiah 54:17).  This song has been a reassurance of God's protection through life's challenges and varied tides of life.

Kunle Ben’s second single, Olorun Agbaye, was inspired in the place of prayer as a reminder of God’s lordship over all. Olorun Agbaye is a song of hope, for Christians especially, because we have a God who owns everything. Christians ought to carry that mindset that we are children of the owner of the universe. Our lifestyles as Christians ought to portray our identity as God’s children.

The Holy Spirit has been a strong source of encouragement in Kunle Ben’s journey as a music minister. Beyond being a music minister, Kunle Ben finds fulfillment in being a kingdom financier, which involves using financial resources for the propagation of God’s kingdom here on Earth.

Kunle Ben is currently working on another single titled "Worthy" and leaves his audience with these words of encouragement. “Keep working on yourself and on your product, focus more on the meaningful things, leave little or no time for the distractions. People may not appreciate you or your works now, however, a dark moment typically precedes the shine. In addition, mentorship can increase the pace at which you get where you want to go. Listen to people ahead of you. Watch other people who are where you want to get to.”
